Looking for a blank canvas to host individual shoots or stack back-to-back sessions? Studio at 428 short-term rentals were created with you in mind. Have a brand photoshoot planned and searching for a private indoor space? Yep, we’re perfect for that too.
workshops
We Zoomed our way through the last few years, but nothing matches an in-person experience. Our intimate lounge area provides the ideal space for engagement and conversation, while our shooting bay comfortably accommodates hands-on activities for up to 15 participants.

the fine print
studio hours
The Studio is available to reserve Monday - Saturday, 9am-6pm.
After purchasing your package, you will receive a link to our calendar of availability to reserve your dates and times.
rollover hours
Your purchased hours are available to use anytime the Studio is open and available now through the end of 2022. Unused hours will not be rolled over into 2023 or refunded.
priority dates
Due to high holiday demand, the following priority dates will require a 4 hour minimum rental:
11/5, 11/19, 11/26, 12/3, 12/10, 12/17. All other dates can be reserved in hour increments.
studio closure
The Studio will be closed and unavailable to reserve on the following dates: 11/24, 11/25, 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY
Reservations can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours in advance. If you reschedule or cancel your reservation within 48 hours, the reservation will apply towards your used hours.
insurance
We require those using our space to maintain an active general liability insurance policy.
